It's finally here! I have been promising to show you guys ways to have fun with fitness that doesn't have to feel like hard work or get boring. You guys know how big a role fitness plays in my life. I wanted to share some ways you guys can get or stay fit and not get bored. For this first workout, I met my beautiful friend Jen Lillie for a hike. Hiking is a great way to catch up with friends, get out in nature and burn calories at the same time! Before we started, we did some high intensity training (hiit training) using the elements we had around us. Needless to say, we worked hard, laughed a lot and got a great workout in! There are so many LED lights out on the market right now and I was on a mission to find out if they A, actually work and B which the best one is.
