#SIXTYDAYSTILLSUMMER TURKEY TACOS

We are day 2 of the challenge! How is it going for you guys? Anytime you start something new it may be challenging at first. You will find every excuse in the book not to do what you know you should be doing, but if you just did it, think of how great you will feel at the end of the day? They say it takes 21 days to form a habit and then it becomes a natural part of what you do, so technically that means we have 19 days to go! I believe in you!! Take it one day at a time.

Here is an idea of a quick, healthy lunch or dinner that takes little time to make and it really delicious! 

On Sunday, I chopped up all my veggies so they are ready to go and made my sweet potatoes. This way I could just add them as a side to any meal and it takes no time or as a snack with some hummus. I also made Bielers Broth for the week to go with dinner. I will post the recipe for that tomorrow as it is an excellent detox and so good for you! (it's also filling since its a puree)

TURKEY TACOS

Ground Turkey

Gluten Free Taco Shells 

Sweet Potatoes 

Peppers and Tomatoes

I browned the turkey in a pan and added some fresh garlic, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Heat the taco shells at 350 for 5 minutes until crispy. Add your prepped potatoes and your veggies and your good to go! Easy, healthy and filling!
