Hi beauties! I am so sorry it has been so long since my last post! if you are following me on Social Media then you know I have been traveling quite a bit! I have been so busy with work, I have had no time to post. In the last month I have been on many flights which means lots of dry, dehydrated skin!! I have shared my post flight beauty routine in the past but I thought I would share some tips on how to step off the plane looking rested, hydrated and glowing.
First off, If you are on a long flight (like we just were to Europe) you want to make sure that you can sleep. Although I am a huge product junkie, the two most important elements in any beauty regime are sleep and water. Taking a supplement like melatonin, CALM or a bedtime tea can help you sleep as well as help with jetlag once you have reached your destination.
Obviously the next one is to drink as much water as possible. This not only benefits your skin but your overall health as well. It is annoying to have to get up and pee often on a flight but your skin and your immune system will thank you if you do! For an added benefit, add some vitamin C to your water.
If you follow these simple steps, you will definitely step off the plane looking and feeling rested, refreshed and ready for whatever fun is coming your way.
