We all know how dehydrating travel can be for our skin. From the awful airplane air, to different climates, lack of sleep and jet lag, it can be hard to keep our skin looking hydrated and refreshed. After I get off a plane and get back from a trip I do these 5 things to ensure I am back on track in no time!
The first thing I do is drink a liter of water and have some tea. I personally don't drink a lot of water on the plane because I don't want to be getting up to pee every 10 minutes. Right when I get off the plane, I throw back at least 1 liter of water.
I love to try to dry brush my skin as often as I can. The benefits for the body aren't just that it exfoliates your skin but it also helps remove toxins from the body. I do this before getting into the shower.
5. Hydrate my body!
